> Mr. Dinoi you work with your agency La Vetrina Immobiliare Professionale by Di Casa in Casa in the city of Trieste. Can you tell us how this idea was born?

In reality, despite being from Trieste, due to various life situations, I had found myself working as a real estate broker outside my city since 2000. In 2013 I abruptly interrupted my professional activity due to a serious road accident, which rendered me inoperative until practically last year. Once I recovered my physical condition, I decided to open an office, finally in my city, where, for a couple of years, I had met my colleague Giuseppe, who is an extremely dynamic and reliable person, who worked for other real estate companies and had an office in Piazza Goldoni, our current headquarters, a splendid showcase in the city centre. His company was called Vetrina Immobiliare Pubblicitaria, while my historical company is Di Casa in Casa. By joining forces, we wanted to keep both names and therefore, with a small variation, Vetrina Immobiliare Professionale by Di Casa in Casa was born. This fusion of brands accentuated the need to maintain our identity while still wanting to collaborate with a nationwide organization.

> A few months ago you decided to join the real estate network of the Grimaldi family L'immobiliare.com. This while maintaining its identity and its logo by choosing the Formula Partner. What pushed you to make this choice?

As I started to explain before, it was essential to identify participation in a national and prestigious group, but which allowed us to maintain our specific and recognized identity. Therefore, the Partner formula of L'Immobiliare.com has fully satisfied our expectations: on the one hand the pride and benefits of having been chosen to be part of a prestigious group such as that of the Grimaldi family, using all the opportunities collaboration that arise, while on the other hand, keep our identity intact, both in terms of image and names and brands. I believe that in our day, collaboration or cooperation, if you prefer, is essential. > In your opinion, what are the strengths and improvement points of the real estate agent's job?

As I was saying, the real estate market has drastically changed, especially with the continuous development and expansion of the services available online. Once upon a time, not 50 years ago, but only about twenty, purchased properties were advertised in paper, in local newspapers or periodicals. The introduction and progressive expansion of internet services have first of all changed the way we propose and search for properties on our part.
